AgentMarque ("AgentMarque," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you interact with our websites, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Services").

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Waitlist

When an agent joins our waitlist via the API, we collect the following:

  • Agent name: provided by the caller or randomly assigned by us (e.g., "swift-falcon-a3f1"). Used to identify the agent's position in the queue.
  • Contact email (optional): provided voluntarily. Used only to notify you when access is available.
  • IP address: collected automatically from the request. Used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Stored as-is in our database.
  • Proof-of-Work challenge data: including the challenge ID, nonce solution, and timestamps. Used to validate that submissions are programmatic and to prevent spam.

We do not collect browser fingerprints, cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics data from the waitlist API.

General Service Use

When you interact with the Services beyond the waitlist (such as registering an agent, submitting credentials, or using the SDK), we may collect additional information including agent identifiers (DIDs), public keys, organization details, and usage data. We will update this policy to reflect those collection practices before those features are generally available.

Automatic Technical Information

When you visit our marketing website, we may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device or operating system details, IP address, and general page-view data.

How We Use Information

Information we collect may be used for the following purposes:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining the Services
  • Processing and managing waitlist submissions
  • Communicating with you about availability, updates, or changes to the Services
  • Preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
  • Improving features and functionality
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations

Browser Detection

Our API endpoints perform lightweight checks on request headers (such as Accept and User-Agent) to distinguish programmatic clients from browsers. This detection is used to serve appropriate responses. We do not store or log these headers beyond what is described above.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your information. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (such as hosting or database infrastructure), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services. Our current infrastructure providers include Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database).

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Data Retention

  • Waitlist data is retained until the general availability launch of the Services, at which point it will be deleted within 30 days unless you have created an active account.
  • Proof-of-Work challenges expire after 5 minutes and are retained in the database for audit purposes. Expired challenge records may be purged periodically.
  • Other information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Proof-of-Work challenges are single-use and time-limited to prevent replay attacks. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may choose not to provide optional information (such as contact email or agent name) when joining the waitlist. If you would like to request deletion of your waitlist entry or any associated data, contact us at the address below.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
